Placing your ice bath chiller outdoors in the Middle East (or in some cases indoor) can lead to severe buildup of dirt and dust inside the chiller, particularly on the condenser. This accumulation significantly reduces the chiller's efficiency and cooling capacity. That will force the chiller to work non-stop which can lead to burning out certain components of the chiller

If the chiller is positioned outdoors, it is advisable to thoroughly clean it every six months. For those located in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, we are providing a chiller SPA service at your home. The service includes:

1. Opening up the chiller & cleaning the condenser, fan & internal parts of the chiller
2. Removing and and cleaning the dust filter
3. Removing & cleaning the internal mesh filter
4. Replacing the main water filter

Chiller Inspection & Repair: Additionally, if any issues are found with the tub or the chiller, we will inspect and repair based on your warranty status (additional charges apply if the warranty period has expired).

Once the order is made, the service will be scheduled within a week.
